An Interlude (non-entry)
Hey folks! It's been a while since I've added a new entry -- finishing school and getting ready to leave Paris (not to mention travelling around Switzerland, Greece, and Italy for the last 3 weeks) has been keeping me busy. I don't have much time now, but when I get back to the States, I plan to update this blog considerably, including pictures of every dish demonstrated in my classes. Should be up in a week or so, so stay tuned. :)

Well, yes - it has been quite a while. So long in fact that I've actually started Le Cordon Bleu Basic Cuisine in Paris. I'm finding your blog quite helpful in anticipating what the next day's going to be like.

Hi David, strange how geeks unite--I'm taking the cuisine de base intensive class between finishing up at Stanford and starting a dot-com (sigh) job in September. Not nearly as dedicated nor methodical a student as you or Willson (whose link I followed to get to your writings), but have been enjoying reading another person's take of the same thing. Hope you're enjoying life, wherever that's taken you since Europe!
